It’s Raining Tacos is a Roblox game by @MitchellYUTUB. The game seems to be largely unfinished, with swathes of underdeveloped land or that which has simply not been touched by an editor tool at all. If you enjoy wandering around aimlessly with nothing much to do, this game is definitely for you.
Roblox is an interesting platform with numerous games that are relatively fun to play. If you’re looking for something fun to occupy your time with, try Speed Run Simulator by US Simulators or Club Roblox MYSTERY ITEMS by Evolution Studios.
Graphics
Given that It’s Raining Tacos is a game hosted on the Roblox platform, there’s only one graphical scheme that the developer can employ; that which is employed by Roblox. That said, the inclusion of perpetual taco rain over the entire landscape does add a slightly quirky element to the game that entertains for a limited time. The game is presumably inspired by the embattled Roblox audio file ‘It’s Raining Tacos’ added on the 9th of September 2020 and removed in June 2021.
Environment
The overall environment of It’s Raining Tacos is rather lackluster. While there is literal taco rain, the tacos never reach the ground, leading it to feel like nothing more than a mask. There are tacos randomly scattered around the entire environment, but even that doesn’t really add any visual interest to the game. Parts of the map have more visual interest than others, such as the area to the direct left of where you spawn, which has dance floors and colorful lights.
Gameplay
Unfortunately, there isn’t really any gameplay to speak of. The primary mechanic of It’s Raining Tacos seems to be the taco rain mask over the entire environment. There’s nothing else to do. Yes, you can dance on the dancefloor and swim around aimlessly in the river, but further than that, there’s nothing to do.
One of the best parts of Roblox is that even with a game like this, where there is nothing to do, the game still has a social aspect. There are only ever a few people active at a time, but you can expect light conversation and friend requests from other players.
Good for making friends
It’s Raining Tacos is a boring game that seems to have been neglected by the developer completely. You aren’t likely to find anything interesting to do in this game as there are no missions or objectives.
However, if all you really want is to run around an environment and maybe make a few friends, you might enjoy this game.
